Our programs focus on improving anaerobic and aerobic fitness, enhancing muscular endurance, and reducing overall body fat through compound functional movements.
Participating in sports and recreational activities is proven to enhance social interaction, boost confidence, improve listening skills, and contribute to overall health. Moreover, statistical evidence demonstrates that engagement in these activities is associated with higher academic achievement, lower dropout rates, reduced truancy, and lower crime rates.
Junior Cubs Krav Maga swiftly teaches children age-appropriate self-defense techniques, equipping them to recognize and respond to threats like bullies and potential kidnappers. The program also emphasizes building self-esteem, confidence, and instilling values of respect and discipline.
The Little Cubs Program (LCP) aids children in building coordination, following directions, and fostering assertiveness. Through interactive games, kids learn conflict avoidance and essential self-defense skills. The program openly and carefully addresses potential attack scenarios, distinguishing between bullying by a classmate or an unknown adult. It provides children with understanding their options in each situation and emphasizes the importance of a proportional response.
Our hands-on workshops empower women of all ages to acquire realistic self-defense skills in a short period, typically spanning 3 to 4 hours or offered as a three-day workshop. With a primary focus on sexual assault scenarios, acknowledging the sensitivity of the issue, our women's self-defense techniques include substantial emotional training. This approach ensures women not only possess the ability to defend themselves but also cultivates self-confidence and necessary assertiveness.
